CLASSIC
PILATES

This class is based off of STOTT Pilates. It is more of a traditional pace highlighting on core strength and flexibility with a focus on breath and form. Perfect for those who are new to Pilates or seasoned veterans looking for a happy medium. This class is open to all skill levels. 

CONTEMPORARY
PILATES

This class takes Classic Pilates up just a notch. Contemporary Pilates integrates various traditional Pilates exercises with other forms of exercises like yoga, fitness training, and physiotherapy. This combination creates the perfect workout for those wanting a bit of a challenge. 

PILATES
PLUS

With this class, we put a little more pep in our steps. Pilates Plus is designed to be high-intensity take. This open level class will sculpt strong, powerful, and lean bodies in a safe and measured way. Class will consist of a nicely flowing set of challenging exercises that will focus on strength and endurance on and off the reformer with the addition of props and weights. 

MAT
PILATES

Mat Pilates is preformed in our fitness room with no reformer. In this class, you focus on core exercises to build your muscles and endurance while incorporating the basic principles of Pilates.  

CONDITIONING
CLASSES

TREADING + SHREDDING

50 minutes of you giving all-out, intense bursts of treadmill intervals mixed with floor exercises, followed by short recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

STRENGTH & AGILITY

Tried of the Treadmill? Work on your muscle toning, mobility and strength through a series utilizing the TRX, free-weights, and other floor-based props. 

VINYASA YOGA

Focuses on connecting breath to body movements with one of our Vinyasa Yoga sessions. These 50 minute yoga flow classes are perfect for stretching, strengthening, and rejuvenating your muscles.

PRIVATE PILATES

Enjoy the comfort of a private studio session to utilize our top of the line equipment including Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, TRX, and Cross Core. Each session your instructor will track your progress and customize future workouts to help you meet your goals.
