This class is a spinoff of Classical Reformer Pilates, takes a bit of a faster pace while still maintaining a strong focus on form.
Pilates Plus is designed to be a more athletic and higher intensity take on Contemporary Pilates. This class will consist of a nicely flowing set of challenging exercises that will focus on proper form and technique
Based on the STOTT Pilates® program. This class is designed to improve flexibility, build strength and develop control and endurance in the entire body.
TREADING + SHREDDING
This training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time with intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods on the Treadmill.
STRENGTH & AGILITY
Tried of the Treadmill? Work on your muscle toning, mobility and strength through a series utilizing the TRX, free-weights, and other floor-based props.
Enjoy the comfort of a private studio session to utilize our top of the line equipment including Cadillac, Chair, Ladder Barrel, TRX, and Cross Core. Each session your instructor will track your progress and customize future workouts to help you meet your goals.
MAT releases your tight muscles by activating shut-down muscles. You will feel your flexibility and strength improve as sore and easily-fatigued muscles are brought back "online". Muscles will be taught how to fire as they were designed before daily life stressors and injuries caused compounded compensation
