Pilates Plus is a high-intensity class that will sculpt and lean bodies while focusing on strength and endurance. Incorporating challenging exercises on and off the reformer. With the addition of props and free weights this class will keep your heart rate up!

In a world full of trends, it's refreshing to go back to the classics. A class filled of classical Pilates moves that emphasis strength, flexibility and endurance of the muscles while staying true to the Pilates Method.

A fusion of Yoga and Pilates on the reformer to deepen poses, improve alignment, and build core strength. Guided breath and mindful movement enhance flexibility, stability, and body awareness. Suitable for all levels.
