FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

IT'S MY FIRST TIME. WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WEAR?

  • All you need to bring is yourself! We provide water and towels.

  • If you’re coming to a Pilates Class: barefoot or grippy/toe socks or even regular socks! We are easy and want you to be comfortable.

  • If you’re coming to a Tread or Strength Class: You will need tennis shoes and we please ask for them to be clean. We take pride in our clean studio and would like everyone in the class to enjoy a clean environment.

  • If you’re coming to do Muscle Activation Techniques: You can come in whatever you are comfortable in but workout apparel would be the easiest on your practitioner.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY CLASS OR APPOINTMENT, MASSAGE, OR THERAPY?

  • 6-hour cancellation within the class start time

  • If canceled within the 6-hour window, it will be considered a “late cancel” and you will lose the class

  • If you have an Unlimited Membership and ‘late cancel’ a class there will be a $10 cancelation fee. If you “no show” a class, there will be a $25 fee

  • We understand that things come up but since we are a true boutique studio, our classes are small and limited. Please be mindful of our instructors trying to make a living, as well as other clients trying to schedule classes.

WHAT IF I'M ON THE WAITLIST?

We understand that our size can create a waitlist from time to time but we promise it moves quickly. If someone early cancels out of class, you will automatically be put in and an email confirmation with be sent to you. Please make sure you remove yourself right away from a waitlist if you no longer can make the class because once you are added to class our late cancellation will apply.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY PRIVATE SESSION OR MASSAGE?

Feel free to cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you need to cancel inside the 24-hour window, you will be charged for your session. This is to protect our employees and their schedules.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

Membership contracts can be canceled with 30 days written notice to info@thetrekhouse.com
