We’re a true hidden oasis on the edge of Bellaire, TX—tucked away on a quiet corner and conveniently located between Houston Gymnastics Academy and The Dance Barre HTX, so we’re easy to find! Please note that our entrance is on Royalton Street, right next door to HPI.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT IN A PILATES CLASS?

Our classes focus on core strength, flexibility, and overall body conditioning, led by our certified instructors who ensure comprehensive instruction and personalized guidance for all clients.

HOW DO I BOOK A PRIVATE SESSION?

Booking a private session at the Trek House is easy! To schedule your personalized session, simply contact our studio via call or text message to the phone number 713-897-1173. Our team will assist you in selecting a convenient timeslot and matching you with the right instructor to meet your Pilates goals!

Question 6

WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY CLASS OR APPOINTMENT?

Classes

• 6-hour cancellation before the class start time.
 • If canceled within the 6-hour window, it will be considered a “late cancel” and you will lose the class
 • If you have a Membership and ‘late cancel’ a class, there will be a $10 cancelation fee. If you “no show” a class, there will be a $25 fee
 • We understand that things come up but since we are a true boutique studio, our classes are small and limited. Please be mindful of our instructors' time, as well as other clients trying to schedule classes.

Privates

We kindly ask that all private session cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.  Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in the session being forfeited.

As a true boutique Pilates studio, our availability for private sessions is limited. This policy ensures fairness to our instructors and other clients who may be waiting for openings.
Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our instructors' time and dedication.

WHAT IF I'M ON THE WAITLIST?

We understand that being a boutique studio can create a waitlist. If someone early cancels out of class, you will automatically be put in and an email confirmation with be sent to you.
Please make sure you remove yourself right away from a waitlist if you no longer can make the class because once you are added to class, our late cancellation will apply.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?

IT'S MY FIRST TIME. WHAT SHOULD I BRING AND WEAR?

• All you need to bring is yourself in comfortable workout attire! We provide water and towels.
 • Barefoot or grippy/toe socks or even regular socks! We are easy and want you to be comfortable.
